Since 1975, Great Neighborhoods! Development Corporation has developed commercial real estate in the Phillips Neighborhood of South Minneapolis. In three decades, our projects have included retail, restaurant, office, warehouse and industrial facilities. We’ve created or rehabilitated in excess of 190,000 square feet of commercial space.

Today 50 businesses employing more than 500 people are thriving in GNDC developments.
